I love using tea towels and even bath towels to wrap gifts! Something I learned from my mother!

I love to wrap with plain white, or kraft paper and then accent with a bright ribbon or bow. When my kids give gifts, I encourage them to “decorate” the plain wrapper themselves with stickers and markers…they love the process and they love all the “ooohs” and “aaahhhs” from the grandparents/cousins, etc.

hi there,
i use very plain wrapping paper (usually kraft or tissue) and then i tart up the packages with ribbon and handmade tags. i love wrapping…it is an event for me. lovely tag.

we always wrap the presents in fabric reusable bags, and because we did this for a few years, they just keep getting passed back and forth. And we feel a little more earth friendly too.

I hate to admit it….but my husband does all the wrapping! He is great at it! I get the lumps and the bumps and the mismatched lines….it is just better if he does it:)
