I absolutely love love love the great card submissions I received this week. The challenge was to use pinwheels and even though you only had a few days to create them, the cards this week are phenomenal. I had to play along, pinwheels are just too fun!

Suuuuuuuch cute cards right? Thanks as always for playing along, it makes my day every time I get a submission email for these challenges.

For this week – let’s stick with a summer theme and feature cards with kites! Please email a picture of your card with kites and a link to your blog to paiget@northridgepublishing.com by next Friday July 30th and I’ll have another challenge gallery and challenge up that day! Until then, take care, and enjoy the summer!

In middle school, I just thought I was being nerdy when I looked for typos on Spirit Week signage – little did I know I was training for a future career in editing. Now a mother of two young children, my days are full of crafting, writing, and activities that amuse the pre-K crowd. I can't get enough vintage typography and poster design, and never met a fabric store I didn't like.

Thanks for posting my card. I love these challenges. I do more scrapbooking than cardmaking so your challenges really get me thinking about cards and I always have fun participating. :)
