I absolutely love love love the great card submissions I received this week. The challenge was to use pinwheels and even though you only had a few days to create them, the cards this week are phenomenal. I had to play along, pinwheels are just too fun!

In middle school, I just thought I was being nerdy when I looked for typos on Spirit Week signage – little did I know I was training for a future career in editing. Now a mother of two young children, my days are full of crafting, writing, and activities that amuse the pre-K crowd. I can't get enough vintage typography and poster design, and never met a fabric store I didn't like.

I loved all of the pinwheel cards! How fun was it to open up the blog today and find not only my card was chosen, but my sisters! How thankful I am for having that special bond with her! Thank you so much for choosing my card for the blog challenge- off to make a kite card!

Thanks for posting my card. I love these challenges. I do more scrapbooking than cardmaking so your challenges really get me thinking about cards and I always have fun participating.
