dividing line

My bike-riding, motorcycle-loving, cabin-building father, of all people, sent me a wonderful link which I think perfectly fits the definition of “simply handmade” and must be posted here.

I don’t know about you, but I am SO ready for vacation! I am SO ready to sit by the fire with a good book in one hand and a cup of hot chocolate in the other. What could make life any better? A mini edible gingerbread house perched on the edge of my cup, that’s what! Invented by Megan on NotMartha.org (why is this the first time I’ve heard about this AWESOME website?!?! I’m so behind the times…), click HERE to see step-by-step instructions and photos. This is definitely filed away in my “to do while on vacation” list.

Mmmm. Makes me thirsty/hungry just looking at these photos!

Thanks for stopping by!

Tiny Gingerbread Houses

Paige Evans

I've been scrapbooking since I was 16 years old and love the hobby more each day! I enjoy making things by hand - from cards and layouts to books and baskets. My day is not complete unless I've made something. I'm the Copy Editor for the Northridge magazines and love all the inspiration I get from seeing everyone's creations. On a more personal note, we're expecting our first baby, a boy, in October and we couldn't be more thrilled!
