We require that a proof accompany your Ad. We accept color accurate proofs by mail or an emailed proof (jpeg or outlined pdf) for positioning purposes.  Please email pdf proof to your Advertising Representative.

Ads are accepted through email, ftp, or on a CD. Please call for ftp instructions.

Files are accepted in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator. Save as psd, tif, eps, or pdf file. Include all linked files and fonts or send file with links embedded and fonts outlined.

Image files must be CMYK and no less than 300 dpi at full size for high-quality reproduction.

Files submitted without a proof and not according to specifications will be subject to  color and size adjustment at our discretion.
